Methodology in brief
- Court records, deeds, and contact data — reconciled to the parcel. One record per case; one parcel per record where the deceased is on the deed.
- Freshness anchored to events that matter. Probate ages from the filing date; pre-probate ages from the date of death — not when we found the obituary.
- Pre-launch is survey-driven. Round 1 unlocks Free; Round 2 unlocks Mid. Ongoing questions are optional and never gate access during pre-launch.
